Terms of Service

These are the terms you agree to when you buy from Black Reaper.

Prices and stock

Prices are in US dollars and include nothing hidden. If something sells out after you order it, we tell you and refund you in full — we will not sit on your money.

Your order

An order becomes a contract once we have emailed you to say it shipped, not at the moment you click pay. If we have made an obvious pricing mistake we may cancel and refund rather than honour it, and we will say so plainly.

Using the decorations safely

These are outdoor Halloween decorations, not toys. Peg and tether anything inflatable as the instructions say. Take it down in a storm. Keep mains leads out of standing water and use an outdoor-rated socket. Children should not be left alone with any of it.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for the product arriving as described and working. We are not responsible for damage caused by using it in a way the instructions tell you not to, or by weather beyond an ordinary autumn night.
