You have 30 days from the day it arrives to send it back.

What we need

It needs to be in a condition we can resell — used for a night is fine, cut up or missing the blower is not. The original packaging helps but is not essential.

How to start one

Email hello@blackreaper.us with your order number and a line about what went wrong. We reply with a return label. You do not have to pay to post it back.

Your money back

Once it reaches us we refund the full amount to the card you paid with, usually within three working days. Your bank then takes its own few days to show it.

If it arrived broken or faulty

Send a photo with your email. We will ship a replacement straight away — we will not make you post the broken one back first.

After 30 days

If something fails after the 30 days are up, still email us. Anything that broke by itself rather than by accident we will sort out.
