Shipping

Shipping is free on everything. There is no minimum and no checkout surprise — the price on the product page is the price you pay.

When it goes out

Anything shown as in stock leaves the same working day if you order before 2pm, and the next working day otherwise. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Getting it before Halloween

Order by October 20 and it will be at your door before Halloween. After October 20 we cannot promise it — we will still ship fast, but the carriers get busy and the date stops being ours to guarantee.

Where we ship

We ship across the United States. We do not ship outside the US at the moment.

If something goes wrong on the way

If a parcel is late, lost or turns up damaged, email hello@blackreaper.us with your order number. We will chase the carrier ourselves and send a replacement if it comes to that. You do not have to fight anyone.
